Coronavirus update

Pantry to Plate Remains Open for Business.

Pantry to Plate continues to deliver for our valued customers across Australia, but please note we are experiencing some delays during the current government coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdowns. We offer a door to door service all across Australia, which is currently delayed by between 1 to 2 days. Rest assured we’re here to ensure you have access to your essential ingredients during this challenging time by getting your parcels delivered safely, reliably and affordably, with our $5 flat rate fee.

According to The World Health Organisation (WHO) the likelihood of an infected person contaminating goods is low, as is the risk of catching COVID-19 from a parcel that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperatures.

However, we are following the guidelines of governments and health authorities and we’ve taken action to protect the health and safety of our customers. At P2P, we are practising strict hygiene measures as well as actioning contactless pick-ups to help flatten the curve. So, if you are self-isolating or practising social distancing, have peace of mind that our delivery partners are practising contactless delivery for parcel drop offs.

So to help us keep the delivery drivers COVID free and allow us to continue to provide you with your shipments, we ask that everyone practices social distancing and good hygiene. That includes:

  • Not shaking hands or touching others
  • Staying 2 metres away from other people
  • Washing hands with soap and water for 30 seconds
  • Using a tissue to cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing
  • Disposing of tissues in a rubbish bin

COVID-19 is unpredictable but we are committed to doing all we can for our customers in this unprecedented situation. We will be keeping communications updated as changes arise, and we thank you for your patience.
