All of our ingredients sold in our Pantry Staples Kits are available for individual sale. Just click on Bold Blends, Essential Herbs, or Must Have Spices and add what you need to your shopping cart.

I can’t find what I need, what do I do?

If you have tried the search bar and your desired item does not come up, please go ahead and get in touch, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

I use a particular herb, spice or blend a lot but you don’t stock it?

We’re always keen to hear what ingredients people love to cook with, so please get in touch and let us know! Plus if you’re a member of our Foodie Family, post on our Facebook page a product you would like us to stock, and if it is popular and we bring it online, receive one free!

Do you have a physical store I can visit to check out your range?

Unfortunately right now we don’t have a physical store. However we are ranged in a number of stockists along the eastern seaboard. You can search for a stockist near you here.

We’re so sorry to see you go! You can unsubscribe from the Foodie Family by contacting us via the get in touch page, or by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of one of our Foodie Family emails. And don’t worry, if you change your mind, you’re always welcome back into the Family fold!

Do I have to create an account to shop?

We hope you don't mind but yes. Plus its more convenient for you when you return. 

How do I create my account?

This one is easy, simply click on account, on the top right hand corner of the page, enter your email address and a secure password and away you go! 

I can’t log into my account?

Oh no! Please get in touch here and we'll sort it out asap! 

I’ve forgotten my password?

Not to worry, we can change it for you. Just click on the "Forgot my password" link and follow the steps, we'll sort it out asap. 

Is my personal information kept safe?

How do I use a promotional code?

simply enter your promotional code at checkout and if valid the relevant discount or promotion will be applied to your order.

Can I use more than one promotional code at once?

Sorry but only one promotional code can be used at any one time.

You are out of stock, can I still order?

You certainly can! we will place your item on back order and contact you with a lead time. 

Can I change my order once it as been placed?

You sure can, as long as your order has not been shipped you make any changes you like. 

What payment types are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal® and ShopPay.

Can I put items on Layby?

We regret to inform you that unfortunately we do not support layby.

Can I use Afterpay?

We regret to inform you that we currently do not support Afterpay.

Will I have to pay duties or tax on my order?

No, accordingly to Australian law, our products are exempt from GST.

Deliveries and Returns

Can I change my delivery details after I’ve confirmed my order?

As long as your order has not been shipped you can make changes to your order. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This depends on the shipping type you chose. Refer to our deliveries page for options and pricing.

Can I choose my own carrier?
You can certainly arrange for a pick up from our HQ in Carrum Downs VIC. Just select that option at checkout and we will help facilitate that for you.
My order is damaged?
Sorry about that! Please complete the returns form and we will organise a replacement asap for you. 
Where can I read your returns policy?
We hope everything is ok, you can access the returns policy here. 
Do you deliver outside of Australia?
At this stage we also deliver to New Zealand. But keep an eye out or get in touch, we want to share our products with every Foodie around the world!
