Shipping Flat Fee: $5.00

Metro locations: 3 to 5 Business Days
Regional: 3 to 10 Business Days

Express Fee: $15.00
Metro locations: 1 to 2 Business Days
Regional: 2 to 5 Business Days

Signature on Delivery

*Please note - in the interest of social distancing, all orders are booked with an authority to leave, the delivery drivers will use common sense, but their discretion to ensure that your parcel is left in a safe place. you will be notified by the method of your choice when you parcel has arrived.

We believe every order, big or small are valuable. It is our standard policy to request signature on delivery. For your convenience, If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product to your workplace or where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package.

If you choose to deliver to your workplace, please include the name of the business in the address.

*Please note: Deliveries to a PO Box, Parcel Locker, Locked Bag are not permitted for security reasons.


P2P Returns and Exchange Policy

At P2P we strive for excellence, and it is our primary goal to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, ordered incorrectly or simply changed your mind then you are welcome to return the product within 30 days of order provided you can assist us with the following requirements:

1. The product must be unopened and still carry the Pantry to Plate seal, ensuring it is in saleable condition.

2. You have your invoice available as proof of purchase

In the event that the product you have been provided is incorrect, faulty or does not match its description or perform its function than a refund will be made in its original payment method. You can also request a store credit.

How do I return or exchange something?

We will coordinate for the goods to be returned on our end. Simply complete our online returns form here, and we will be in touch with instructions from there.

Please note: there is a $20 return fee that will apply, except in cases where the product is deemed faulty or incorrect.
