1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
2tbs Olive oil
Vegetables of your choice (I used the below)
- 1 Carrot
- ½ Sweet potato
- ¼ Pumpkin
- 1 Parsnip
- 200g Mushrooms

Requires ThermomixTM

1. Roughly chop all veggies
2. Place veggies in the ThermomixTM
3. Run ThermomixTM for 4 seconds speed 4
4. Remove from the jug and leave aside
5. Add onion and garlic powder to the jug
6. Run ThermomixTM for 4 seconds speed 4
7. Add olive oil
8. Run ThermomixTM for 2mins 100° speed 1
9. Add remaining ingredients to the jug and add the chopped veggies back in as well
10. Run ThermomixTM for 20mins 100° reverse speed 2
Note: you may need to start on speed 4 initially to get it moving then reduce to speed 2

12. Serve as is with pasta shapes or add to your mince beef for bolognese or lasagna
