MUSTARD & BLACK PEPPERCORN SEASONED RUMP STEAK

Got some steaks to grill? Give our Mustard and Black Peppercorn seasoned Rump Steak recipe a try! Made with Pantry to Plate’s amazing all natural Brown Mustard Seeds and Black Peppercorns, this simple yet delicious rub will elevate any steak.


Ingredients

4 x Rump Steaks, at room temperature 
Pinch of Seasalt 
Canola Oil Spray

Method

  1. Using a mortar and pestle, grind peppercorns, mustard seeds and salt  
  2. Rub seasoning onto both sides of the rump  
  3. Spray each rump, both sides, with a little bit of the canola oil spray 
  4. Cook in a hot pan for 3-5mins on each side  
  5. Serve immediately  

Serving suggestion: chips and veggies is always a winner
