- Using a mortar and pestle, grind peppercorns, mustard seeds and salt
- Rub seasoning onto both sides of the rump
- Spray each rump, both sides, with a little bit of the canola oil spray
- Cook in a hot pan for 3-5mins on each side
- Serve immediately
