Made with Pantry to Plate’s 100% all natural Basil, and our incredible Thai Seven Spice blend, this cracker of a dish is so easy yet so tasty, you’ll be dreaming about Thai Legs all day long! Ingredients

Slow cooker 
1½ kg chicken drumsticks 
1 Tsp Basil Dried 
400g can Coconut Milk 
2 Tbs Sriracha 

Method

  1. Whilst the Slow Cooker is turned OFF, pour the coconut milk into the bowl of the Slow Cooker and add Basil, Thai Seven Spice and Sriracha. Stir well to combine. 
  2. Add the chicken into the mixture, turning to coat well. 
  3. Turn slow cooker to LOW and cook for 6 hours. 
  4. Serve with rice.
