    A versatile, aromatic and spicy flavour.

    Harissa is a spicy and aromatic seasoning that is widely used in Middle Eastern and North African cooking. Native to the Americas, chilies were unknown in North Africa before Spanish invaders arrived in the 1500’s, bringing with them the chilli peppers that provided the foundation for Harissa seasoning.

    Perfect For: Meat, poultry, seafood and veggies. Use in casseroles, stews and soups. or use as a spicy meat rub.
