What are Cajun Breadcrumbs?
Cajun Breadcrumbs are seasoned with a classic Louisiana-inspired blend of herbs and spices that deliver bold flavour and a beautifully golden, crunchy coating. They're perfect for everything from crispy chicken and fish to prawns, vegetables and homemade burgers, bringing Southern comfort food flavour to every bite.
HOW TO CRUMB: Fill 3 separate shallow bowls: 1 with plain flour, 1 with whisked/beaten eggs, and 1 with P2P’s Cajun Flavoured Breadcrumbs. Gently coat food in the flour, then dip into the egg mixture (dripping off any excess). Then gently press food into breadcrumbs. Your dish is now ready to cook.
