What are Lemon Pepper Breadcrumbs?

A delicious blend of quality breadcrumbs, lemon and black pepper that creates crisp coatings with vibrant citrus flavour and gentle peppery warmth.

HOW TO CRUMB: Fill 3 separate shallow bowls: 1 with plain flour, 1 with whisked/beaten eggs, and 1 with P2P’s Lemon Pepper Flavoured Breadcrumbs. Gently coat food in the flour, then dip into the egg mixture (dripping off any excess). Then gently press food into breadcrumbs. Your dish is now ready to cook.
