FIVE SPICE CHICKEN

Ingredients

4 pieces of Maryland Chicken 
1 Tbs Chinese Five Spice  
¼ Cup Soy Sauce 
2 Tbs Honey 
½ Tsp Seasalt 
1 Tbs Olive Oil  
Olive Oil Spray

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C.  
  2. In a large bowl, combine Chinese Five Spice, Soy Sauce, Honey, and Olive Oil and mix well. 
  3. Add chicken and coat well. 
  4. Place chicken in a baking tray sprayed with olive oil spray (or lined with baking paper).  
  5. Bake in oven for approx. 50 minutes, or until cooked through, basting halfway through cooking time.  
  6. Serve immediately with rice or roasted vegetables.
