ROSEMARY & OREGANO ROASTED POTATOES

Ingredients

1kg Potatoes, washed, and roughly chopped 
1 Tbs Rosemary 
1 Tbs Oregano 
1 Tsp Seasalt Flakes  
1 Tbs Vegetable Oil 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 Degrees C 
  2. Combine potatoes, Rosemary, Oregano, oil and salt in a bowl and mix until potatoes are well coated 
  3. Place potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper 
  4. Cook for 40 minutes, or until cooked through. (You can test this by using a skewer, potatoes should be soft)  
  5. Serve immediately
